Harry C. I personally worked with and for Harry Green for just under one year - half of that time as an Independent Contractor and the other half acting as COO of Investor Life Services and INTENET. I have personally conducted a certain amount of due diligence (only that which Harry directed me to conduct) with many of Harry's clients and traveled extensively with him, both domestically and internationally. I have been an insider to conversations with Harry concerning how clients and independent contractors were to be handled. I have had, and currently maintain a dialog with a number of Harry's prior clients, employees, officers of the company and independent contractors of one or more of his entities that I have listed. Therefore, I have the personal experience, precise and specific knowledge, the reliable testimony and support of many others (who are more than willing to testify) to verify the allegations I state herein. As a side note, I and others have tried to talk to Harry (individually and as a group) about his (what I would term) deceptive business practices, without avail, as he always exhibits a volatile temper when challenged or confronted, and has refused to discuss these matters using as his defense no one has the right to judge me. I am posting this in usacomplaints.com to encourage all of the others who feel they have been Ripped Off by Harry C. Green, to post their own accounts of their dealings with him, so that collectively we can deter others from being deceived by Mr. Green and others like him.
Over the course of the last five years (maybe more) Harry C. Green has literally taken in a few million dollars from investors and clients, and as of 1 years ago has not produced any investor return, nor has he produced the services and deliverables contractually promised to clients (per corporate records and my experience as well as the experience of the prior two COO's). To be factual, one client did receive the deliverables promised (because I prepared them) and the client raised $1M in capital - that client came to us for the investment strategy and already had his single investor lined-up.
In my executive position with Harry, I was promised wages of $120K per annum, and was only paid $8,000 for an entire year of work. Originally, I was promised 10% of the fees he would receive from the capital we assisted clients in raising... It did not take me long to realize that the company had never successfully assisted any client in raising capital (with the exception of the afore mentioned - this was verified by my own records for 1 year and the prior COO's records for a combined additional 4 years). The COO prior to me was likewise Ripped Off for not only 6 months of wages, but was coerced into making a substantial investment into one of Harry's many corporate entities as a condition of employment to this date, the wages have not been paid, nor the investment returned. Harry's COO prior to the afore mentioned, was also Ripped Off for over six figures as he left Harry's employment with Corporate credit card debt on his personal credit card, which was promised to be paid by Harry, but has never been repaid to him. I have had personal conversations with other Independent Contractors who have previously worked with/for Harry which have invested and loaned him over several hundred thousand dollars and have never received re-payment or return. I cannot speak for the past 1 years, but prior to that investors never received financials nor any investment related communications from Harry or the company pertaining to the status of the company or their investment, for several years running.
Many of Harry's Independent Contractors (IC) have never been paid for the client business they have referred to Harry, although Harry has received substantial up-front fees - some individual clients have paid hundred's of thousands, up to $650K to Harry and his directed or referred funding intermediaries. The IC's had an understanding, and many have written Agreements with Harry, that they were to be paid a commission out of the up-front fees from these referred clients - the commissions to the IC's were earned and due, but never paid. To be fair, a very selective few have been paid their referral commission (those that produced multiple deal flow). I know for a fact Harry has directly caused the mental breakdown and/or personal bankruptcy of a number of these people, and people's lives have been absolutely ruined, and the good reputation of employees, IC's and other intermediaries have been permanently damaged with their families, friends, clients and other business associates due directly to the actions and inactions of Harry Green.
Numerous people of faith (Christian's) have told me they always have an uneasy spirit stirring within them when around Harry many believe he purposely preys on Christian's. This is one of the reasons Harry has not been challenged, outed as a fraud, and called into accountability, as Christian's are either too embarrassed they were taken and/or don't believe Christian's should take other's of faith to court for a legal resolution. Additionally, they cannot afford the process (something Harry is counting on). I personally believe and have observed that he is a serial predator on Christian's in particular.
Prior employees of Harry have stated the following in writing to me:
It is my experience and belief that Harry is defrauding clients and shareholders. Harry does not follow thru with clients and his commitments to them. Harry purposely gives clients tasks to perform as delay tactics. He leads people to believe he has financing resources for them knowing it's not true. Entrepreneuring God's Way is a farce. I can't believe with all the people he has defrauded that no one has taken action against him. I concur, that these statements are an accurate depiction of my personal experience, precise and specific knowledge about Harry as well.
Many of the investors in Harry's corporate entities and his Revenue Purchase schemes never have received any return, as Harry has a historical record of raising capital in one entity and then forming another entity in which to conduct his business thus what people invested in (in most cases) no money is generated, thus he feels no legal obligation to pay a return to those investors. Currently, he has rolled up most of his business activities under his non-profit 501 (c) 3 in order to operate his business activities under the radar and to gain all the tax benefits afforded one under this exempt entity, i.E., paying most (if not all) of his personal expenses and avoiding taxable income.
Those who have been coached in Harry's Revenue Purchasing and InvestorProtector capital raising and hedge schemes, via his seminars at the Disney/SBA National Entrepreneur Center, be aware that the appropriate governmental agencies have already been notified about his training of people to solicit investors without the appropriate disclosures and without being in compliance with federal and state securities law. Ask your own practicing securities attorney about the legality of these schemes outside of a Private or Public Placement Offering document. You may also want to view Harry's securities violation in the State of Wisconsin at wdfi.org/newsroom / admin_orders/04_archive.htm. This Consent Orders of Prohibition was issued against him on December 3, based on allegations of transacting business as an unlicensed broker-dealer and investment adviser. The orders were acknowledged and signed-off uncontested by Mr. Green. However, Harry has always claimed that he has had no actions stick against him and has successfully defeated all charges ever made against him. Harry has always tried to fly under the SEC radar and the more of you who report him, the faster he will be placed on the priority list for action at the State and Federal levels.
