These people are have a lot of nerve, I give them that. I decided not to use their services and at their request mailed the package back to them (next day delivery costed $17). Its been a month still no refund. I call every day - only to get the dreaded "overflow office". Whatever! I finally go off on this lady telling her I demand a supervisor. She says "this requires no supervision".. I have called 10 times left my name and number 6 times - was promised to get a call back in 20 minutes - no call - no nothing. I have reported with several agencies. I dont know what to do. Maybe $159 isn't alot to some people, but its MY money. I am entitled to it. The ought to be shut down and sued - not necessarily in that order. DelondaDallas, Texas
