Advantage Capital, First Capital, Consumer Choice, huge ripoff. How could this be? Carson City

This company has promised to refund my 199.00 dollars, as of three weeks ago.

Still no money and this is going on 4 weeks now. I call them everyday.

Same ole lie. No money. Advantage capital needs to be shut down. How could this be?

Is this some kind of govermemt conspiracy the reason why no one can shut these hound doggs down.
