For over the last year Traders International has marketd a course and trading room teaching people how to trade the emini S&P futures market. They advertised that you could trade along with a Legendary Trader Franz Shoar who would make over $100,000 every day using his own money right before your eyes in a virtual conference room on the internet and you could trade along with him. Franz has now been exposed as a fraud in that he was not trading real money but only simulated money on a trading simulator. So when he had a huge loss it was not real money - but the students who lost money was real. They are now under investigation by the CFTC and will probably have an injunction filed against them in the next 4-6 weeks.
