WaMu failed to respond to the first complaint letter, then said they provide outstanding service.
My experience is this: They destroyed my original quitclaim deed. Gave costs of removing ex-wife from loan as being - free, $50, then $75. Did not quit making automatic withdrawals from my checking account for my mortgage payment, per my written instructions. Operators were confused as to procedures, and transferred me to other lost employees. Lost other paperwork. Added V.A. Paperwork upon the original paperwork requested.
Essentially, this is a poorly functioning company I would never do business with again. They excuse incompetence as a fluke, when, in my experience, it is the norm.
