CitiFinacial is trying to get a signature from me. I really don't know how they got my information but they sent me a letter in the mail. It was regading important privacy choices for consumers. The letter sent was poorly printed (faded and not alined). So I suspected fraud and I online to look up this company. Lucky Google came across usacomplaints.com with a report already in filed in their system.
