I have done a great deal of research on this company and another by the name of Alliance Acquisitions. They are simply in the business of scamming small business owners out of money for valuations which cost $300 and they charge up to $15,000. They say they offer a guarantee to bring a buyer, but when you read the contract what they guarantee is either that OR a capital funding source which is a credit card company. Once they fulfill that they do not provide a refund.

If you doubt this company does the same thing... Get a copy of the contract... Call Alliance Acquisitions and get a copy of their contract... And compare them. They are identical.
The two principals in this company used to work for Alliance Acquisitions. If they deny it call Alliance in Marrietta, Georgia. If they say they sell businesses ask for a reference, or pull their license with the state of Florida or any state showing they have any type of licensing. You need a real estate license to list property. They are in violation of the laws for the state of Florida, but more importantly, dont take my word... Check out Alliance Acquisitions information on this site, get copies of contracts, and compare for yourself! Warning... If you pay you will not get your money back. You likely will not sell your business either. So if you want to be referred to Capital One or Chase Bank for funding and have it cost you thousands of dollars... Go right ahead. If not, run as fast as you can.
All information posted above can be validated using methods suggested in this email. Other postings on this site, state regulatory agencies, and comparision of structure and contracts. Any disputes can easily be verified. So ask for contracts, compare them, call the real estate comission, etc.
