On one of my evenings at home, trying to pay some of my bills, a phone call came unexpectedly. When the phone rang, my mom happened to answer it, I asked who it was and what they wanted, she just said it's for you. When I got on the phone, the person did not identify themself at all, just went into a sales pitch and sounded like an auctioneer (fast talking), could not get a word edge-wise, before I knew it, it was over and during the whole pitch was tranfered from rep. To rep. Explaining what deal I could have at so low price and reasonable, (too good to be true, seemed false). The questions I had did not get answered to my satisfaction, was getting frustrated, agitated with them all.
They got out of me what they wanted and ended the call. This really had me at a disadvantage with trying to say no, but they hounded at me to give in. They even got me on my cell phone at work and tried the same sale pitch to get me buy into a $7500.00 worth of credit, especially on 2 separate occasions when I was trying to do my job at my place of work. One other time, they had me on the cell phone when driving home on the freeway (not a good thing to do). On 3 separate times, I had told USA Credit no, they wanted to date a payment of $79.95 on my Bank Account either the 3rd of May or the 10th of May, I was very clear with them and said no, I refuse this offer. They went ahead and went against my wishes (they did not have authorization to pull funds from my personal checking account on those dates), they did so on the 8th of May without my knowledge, without even contacting me by phone or letter. When I have told them no, that means no. I place this fact on when I said no to them, that's what is understood, end of discussion. And, yes, I was ripped-off blindly, by surprise. USA Credit owes me the amount back to my personal checking account of $79.95.
I am very upset and angry with them for upsetting my life.
