This company is ridiculous. You can't get through on the phone. They don't even have a customer service dept. On the phone. They just have the hotline to make you feel warm and fuzzy when you sign up. They say they have canceled your account but the will keep charging the initial and monthly fees weekly to your bank account and credit cards. When you get a response from them they act innocent and keep saying your account is closed as of now, even though they said that last week and the week before. Don't start this nightmare. It will never end. They are a fraudulant company. They provide no real service.
