Ripoff fraudulent scam do not send money

I sent my $37.00 fee for joining a secured credit card, balence would be free after using there card. ButI never even recieved a card. They took my money and never even sent a fake card like some people. This is flat out stealing. They need to be punished. Dont let people like that get away with this in America. Im not
