Ripoff fraud business

Several weeks ago, I was solicited for a new Visa and Mastercard with high limits.in exchange, I was asked to put forth a "down payment" which would cover renewal costs and other fees. Needing credit cards to rebuild my credit, I jumped at the opportunity.

I was told that I would recieve my cards within ten business days. After several weeks had passed I called to confirm that they were already shipped. The company then told me I would recieve them in fourteen business days.
Needless to say I have not recieved anything and am out two hundred dollars!
