As my business of 6.5 years recently felt the effects of: A greedy landlord, current recession, PALCB, local township, bank & the Sept 11th tragedy to name only a few. I recently filed a double bankruptcy, corporate & personal. This financial disaster was almost compounded by sending $37 I didn't have, to some heartless criminals who prey on the financially unfortunate. My girlfriend was excited to show me what I had received in today's mail. A certificate in the mail advertising a Gold card with a 15,000 credit limit. She ran it into my office with checkbook & pen ready waiting for my John Henry. My reply was, Why would anyone give me a dime now, yet alone $15k, when all I have right now is a nickel? All for ONLY $37.00. She then went to the computer, found this wonderful site and ran back again, twice as fast as she did before with pages of all the VICTIMS & skeptics that were misled. Anyone who has filed bankruptcy can appreciate where I'm coming from right now. Had I mailed my check expecting a REAL credit card, and received a cataloge instead, I would have filled up the tank, drove to wherever, found whomever, and dealt with the issue until American justice was achieved. Their acceptance certificate is very vague & misleading, listing NO PHONE #'s or web address for any questions one may have. This type of business practice hopefully can't be legal! Mainly for their own safety because I'm sure I'm not the only loose cannon out there and it's not the $37 that the issue here. They not take $37 out of your pocket but also manage to get $15,000 worth of your human trust. I am not in any position to donate one red cent to anything right now, however I will send something soon to the wonderful folks who built & maintain this informative siteMy condolences to Victims of these unscrupulous$ PREDATORS.
