Purchased a reclaimed mobile house in 2001 (1997 type). 2 yrs later were not able to create funds. Did a voluntary foreclosure with Conseco (today Green Tree). They offered the mobilehome. We never acquired any paperwork or quantity of purchase. They knew where we were. Today, 5 years later, my spouse has been harassed at the office by Penncro Associates, Inc.
They got his mobile phone number and proceed to contact and intimidate him. Todayis phone started having a lady declaring that people might perform a "difficulty cost". (We eventually got significantly straightened out economically and bought a home in August. Fourteen days after we shifted in, Katrina (storm) did significant harm to our house.) Anyhow, she advised my spouse that people would need to place $500.00 along and spend them $100.00 monthly (for that remainder of our lifestyles?) or there could be lawsuit. She advised my spouse to contact "Bob" to setup funds. My partner named Bob and was convinced to provide our bank info.
I expected to talk to Bob... He'd just provide his title "Christopher". While I asked for an I.N. Quantity, he'dnot provide one. I'd to pry info out-of him (title of organization, area... He simply explained "Pa". After I questioned if there is a particular city in Pa, he offered me the title of the town).
I came across a notice that were delivered to us... The person's title is Christopher -. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional.
Before these folks consider cash out-of our consideration, might somebody please inform me, are we required to get this done? Why wait 5 years?
Has someone else had this occur? Just how many occasions may a reclaimed house that's 9 yrs old be offered?
