I signed up with Discount Debt Solutions on 2/24/06. They promised they could help dealing with creditors. That didn't happen. I was told that I would receive a welcome package explaining the program, payment options and copies of all correspondence with my creditors. To date, I have received nothing and neither have my creditors. I authorized a one time payment of $302.00 for nothing. On 4/10/06, they decided to withdraw an additional $285.00 from my bank account which set me on the path to being overdrawn. This payment was not authorized, nor did they notify me at all.
I am trying to get my money back that they took illegally, and now they are just playing games with me. Some of the personnel I have spoken to told me that my bank is "f&g liars", that they didn't take any money, that I'm not getting any refund... So, the games continue. No one should believe anything this company represents. The only thing I know to do is file new complaints daily against them until my money is refunded. Also, hopefully, if I continue to file complaints, maybe they will get investigated and hopefully, shut down.
