My husband and I joined Risk Managament Partners about two years ago and they now have taken over $13,000 dollars from our account and did nothing to settle our accounts. We cancelled our account and revoked our power of attorney and they refuse to give us back our money. We need our money now in order to contact our creditors and pay off our debt. We have sent e-mails and have made numerous phone calls, and they refuse to call us back or e-mail us back. We are here in Texas, where they just recently moved, and it seems weird that we they keep moving when someone takes action against them. They were unable to settle our accounts with our creditors and we have been sued several times causing more headache than it is worth.
This company is a ripoff and I want justice to be served. I want others to see what my husband and I have been through for the past two years, and I want this issue resolved so that my husband and I can move forward and move on with our lives. This company needs to be sued for fraud and I can't wait to see this company be shut down for all the harm they have caused several people across the United States of America.
