Mislead me not real credit card. Late payments and bounce checks, ripoff ripoff deception

I had sent in my money thinking that Capital Choice Consumer Credit Company was a credit card company and that I would be recieving a credit card with a $5,000 limit. I held off on paying some bills counting on the credit card arrival.in turn making some bills late and causing some checks to bounce. This company has mislead me and caused much stress and finacial hard ship to me and my family. RustyCedar Park, Texas
