Ripoff fraudulent billing and no process for customer complaints

Chase Has been trying to collect fees and interest on monies I don't owe and should net be paying.

I took a second on my house 3 yrs ago. At the time my payment was a fixed $459.00.in December I noticed that they wanted me to start paying an increased ammount of $665.00. I called and found out that without my knowledge or approval they started aHazard Insurance policy on my loan. I contacted them and they stated that I just needed to fax them a copy of my policy and they would refund the ammount to my account. This took two tries (faxes) and two heated phone calls. Since then I'e received two phone calls demanding payment and three letters covering the same.

All the phone conversations end up being with low level phone operators, the one time I was transfered to a supervisor. He stated he would have to transfer me to anothe department and hung up in the process.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.
