My 73 father had been hospitalized and without work for over 6 months. During all this was still making mortgage payments. At the end of all this and two short of returning to work a Homecomings Asset Resolution Specialist contacted him and offered to him a workout plan. At the same time my father offered to just the pass due amount within the next week. Two after deciding to go thru with the work and speaking with the specialist daily a real estate agent shows up to ask my parents when were they going vacate the property because it had been foreclosed upon a month ago. Not to mention they had spoken with Homecomings that same morning with no reference to a foreclosre AT ALL!
