Ripoff

I recieved a fradulent 3.9 cent a minute phone card that $39.00 a month is deducted from my checking account. The 800# 800-622-2581 says all circuits are busy and there customer service # 866-844-2646 is also busy all the time. Has anyone else experienced this ripoff? BruceTemecula, California
