I sent a Quickpost deposit to NetBank using their Quickpost option. That is, I went to the local UPS Store and sent the deposit for no charge through their overnight system. I sent the deposit on Tuesday, and a "Baily" signed for on Wednesday morning.
I called them Friday and their "24 hour" customer service told me it was after 5 so they couldn't do anything about it. I called on Saturday, and the Quickpost department was closed for the weekend. I then called them today about 5 times and still nothing.
Someone gave me a phone number to QuickPost (1-866-767-8123). I called that number about 10 times. It answers as quickpost, but every option just brings you to a voicemail. Nobody ever returns the calls.
So now the service they call "Quick" post is on its 6th day, 5 of which it has had my money it their hands, and no funds are available in my account.
This is not the first time I have had to deal with NetBank's shortcomings.in fact, it is the 4th. I will be moving my account as soon as I can, and I will update this site with the results as soon as I know what happens.
