Ripoff from the beggining, but this last one was the worst display of customer insult

In September of I obtained a loan through Cash Call through a representative named Brandon Provini. I told him that I only needed $1,500 but he said that the minimum was $2,600 and that once that the money was deposited into my account I could have it set up so that $900 could be taken out of my account which is what happened - BUT - even when I did that and I received a note that $232 would be taken out of my account in October and each month $216 would be taken out each month thereafter it didn't happen. I called and asked them why when I had the money in the account and they said that they just took it out of the $900 that I had sent them. I told them that wasn't was agreed upon according to the contract & they denied having any knowledge of saying such things. Well now it's been several months and we're into February - I called up to inform them of a change of account. The girl's name was Teggie or something similar to it because she slurred her name 3 times because it seems she was trying to hide her identity or something. I informed her of the change of account and she said that I was too late and would be charged $30 in fees even if I had had to change it because of identity theft problems and that I would have to adhere to the terms of the contract. When I confronted her about the fact that they hadn't adhered to terms as was described above, she didn't have an answer and stumbled for words. When I phrased the question again she said for me to wait a moment - I waited, then I got the same girl on the line and after about two minutes or so she comes back - of which I respond "Yes" - she says "OH CRAP! Oh my god!!! - I've got some (Blank) ing Jerk on the other line saying something about a problem with his account that we didn't comply with or something!!!" I being upalled said "So this is the Jerk that you are talking to!" perceiving that she pushed the wrong button waiting for this Brandon Provini or other supervisor-"You not only swore at me and depreciated my trust - so I'm going to report you to the FTC!!!" of which afterwards I hung up.
This experience can only make you wonder what this company does and or says about their clients behind their backs when they are not talking to them directly and there is a problem, along with misleading information that how the business is to be done. Such unprofessional representation needs to be done away with and corrective action taken.
