CCA is rip-off company.
They stole $500 out of my account, when I called them to cancel the account way before the cancellation due date they kept me on the phone for 15 min trying to add benefits to my account when I finally yeld at them and demanded the cancellation they told me that I can do it over the phone, they will send me a letter that I have to sign and return before due date;the letter never came and then the charge of $300 shows up on my bank statment.
I called them again after being on hold for 20 min. I finally spoke to someone, they told me that I didn't cancel the account because I didn't sent them a letter, I told them that I have never recived the letter that I was suppose to sign, they responded no no no You were supposed to write us a letter which they never told me to do, There was another option for me to do I could have fax the letter to them (I didn't here about that option earlier either) I work in the office, having fax available at all times If I was told about that there would be no way for me not to fax that God damn letter. I fax the letter I called again to confirm that that they reciveved they told me they not gonna not for 72 hrs if they did or not.
Im writing this complain to prevent others from getting riped off.
