Initially, these guys seemed very professional. The "extensive hands-on training" they promised consisted of my designated 'TRAINER" reading to me over the phone, word for word, the text of the training manual which they sent me.
The training sucked, the follow-up support was piss poor. I spent over 10K purchasing the program.installing fax and phone lines, and paying for long distance calls. Not to mention the considerable time I spent making phone calls.
They did provide me with leads, which I think they got from the Yellow pages. They also provided me with suppliers for closeout merchandise, many were out of business. They promised to provide quality closeout merchandise to sell to the customers which I would generate from thier "leads". Most of it was off-brands and way overpriced by the time they added thier profit to the price.
My trainer told me, after my "training", to email her if I needed any support. She also said she would honor requests for new leads within 24 hrs, by fax. Gradually, responses to requests for new leads were responded to twice a week. Sometimes these were merely duplicates of leads which I had already recieved.
I thought that I would be nurtured and helped to learn this new skill. The terse one-line responses to my requests for information and encouragement didn't meet my expectations of the term "unlimited ongoing support". This was the worst mistake I ever made, and I would discourage anyone from getting involved with this group. They may follow "the letter of the law", but the product they provide sucks, bigtime.
