We decided to go with ameriquest mortgage because they could get our loan completed quickly.in the end all the paperwork was incorrect and we were overcharged $10,000.00 that they could not explain where this money went. They would not let us cancel our loan either. We were just out the $10,000.00. Which is bull. We were in a bad situation and could not afford an attorney to try to get out monies back.in the end we ended up losing our home.
