1. Wrong and dishonest advise in order to open account and issue credit cards.
2. Failed to rectify adress despite more than 15 calls to customer service requesting our mail. After request to postal services, notification of change of adress, it seems there is no way for US BANK to input proper adress.
3. On purpose they applied payments from the wrong account to create overdraft and claim fees for up to $1200,00 for an overdraft of $300,00 and a period
