Visa ripoff credit card company / man in charge JAY PUTNAM Columbus

Yesterday I was inspired to call Aspire for a friend of mine who felt she was being taken advantage of. I work for a major news company and identified to them as who I was and where I was calling from. They quickly told me who I should speak with regarding any information I am requesting. Let me add that before I did so I called them as a card holder using my friends name and information. I was on hold for 33 minutes. The language barrier between myself and the customer service represenative was worlds away and my conversation with him in just getting my friends account information took almost 8 minutes. When I disputed the bill he got very defensive with me for no apparent reason. All I wanted to know was what certain charges were added on the bill since she had not used it in 8 months and she canceled it 7 months ago.

I told him there was no reason for him to be so obnoxious with me and he hung up. So to get back to who I finally spoke with, I was directed to call David Maslia @ 770-206-6374 who was very polite but agreed with me on fraudulent behavior within the company and rectified my friends bill. Then told me any other complaints can be disputed with Jay Putnam @ 770-206-6364. Let me also add I did record my conversation with the customer service represenative and with Mr. Maslia and if need be I will use it in my segment. I hope this will help some of you get justice in your dispute.
