Ripoff fake took our money and keep our ordered product & don't know how to answer the phone

I saw this big oppurtunity on television and thought it might be worth a try.

So I sen't them a personal check and within 3 weeks they cashed
our check and never sen't us the product we orderded it has been almost 3 months now.

Everyday I try to call them and all they have is a recording and the recording says you will recive your product within 5 days.

And that has been saying that for about a month now.
