Did not deliver on a book but cashed my check with no problem false promises

I placed an order with communication Publishing with the promise of receiving a book. My check was cashed, but as of this day. I still have not received my book. I have called and left three voicemail at the number posted on the back of my check, but of course no one answer, just a voicemail. The number posted is 212-591-0281
