Due to an emergency, I applied on line for a loan. The platinum visa offer popped up. I did not accept offer. Now I find that they have charged my account, and when I call, they are rude and hang up on me. I spent over two hours on the phone.
When I e-mail them, the mail comes backs as undeliverable. I have placed a claim at my bank, but it can take up to 28 days!
If you go to the web site, it refers you to the e-mail address which is no good.
