Ripoff harassing phone calls rude customer service

What a RIPOFF this credit building company turned out to be. I received the card and the bill within one day of each other. I am being charged a fee to "participate" and an "internet access fee".

I had my hours cut drastically at work in October, and fell one month behind with payment to them. They are calling my house at least 5 times a day (I am not exaggerating) After I explained my work circumstances, I have requested that they stop calling so many times a day. I even told them that according to the BBB what they are doing is illegal, and their response was, "we are not governed by the BBB or anyone else".

I have told them that I can make a partial payment and I was told that would not be sufficient, they want the full payment. I told them to cancel the card then and I will pay off the balance in a timely manner, again they don't want to work with me during this time, and continue calling. The most it will be is another month before I can pay them off in full, but in the meantime, nobody needs to be harassed on a daily basis.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Attorney General in both South Dakota and Texas.
If there is anything else I can do to get these phone calls to stop, please let me know.
