Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. Is a rip-off. Finding out they added charges along with incorrect information on billing.
Customer Service had been asked to send us a complete report of our billing since the time of purchase in Feb. 1999.
Then they refused payment and customer service rep would not let us speak with a supervisor to get it corrected.
There Customer Service is not only rude. But also very hateful, yelling, then hangs up giving threats with repossession of our home.
