Vanderbilt Mortgage And Finance Aka Clayton Vanderbilt ripoff threats refused payment added charges incorrect information on billing customer service rep hateful hangup's would not let us speak with supervise

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. Is a rip-off. Finding out they added charges along with incorrect information on billing.

Customer Service had been asked to send us a complete report of our billing since the time of purchase in Feb. 1999.

Then they refused payment and customer service rep would not let us speak with a supervisor to get it corrected.

There Customer Service is not only rude. But also very hateful, yelling, then hangs up giving threats with repossession of our home.
