Ripoff, Rapid tax refund, did not recieve tax return money, accused of owing THEM money, is now on my credit report

This occured in the early '90's when I was a single mother. Went to H & R block to file taxes and recieve rapid refund. After a couple of weeks I called the bank to see what had happened to the money I was to receive; they informed me that I was the one who owed money to them! After several attempts to resolve the situation, I dropped it. This is currently on my credit report as a lein, I would like to get this resolved.
