Bank One, aka Chase Bank has a scheme to charge escessive fees for overdraft, no matter how small and they escalate those fees each and every day. They also refuse to close accounts and generate more fees. Chase/Bank One also plays games with delays in debits so that you will wind up with fees. They harrass me day and night with telephone calls after being told NOT to call. I have filed a complaint with the FTC also. Stay away from them unless you can afford to keep large balances in your account.
