First National Card - CCS
Ripoff They took my money and ran!

I got a promising credit card in the mail a couple months ago. For two hundred dollars as an annual feeI would have a large credit limit. They said that the two hundred dollars would be off set by the two hundred dollar voucher they would give to me for enrolling. It looked legit so I called to activate it. The gentleman on the line explained to me that it was a card to help people build their credit, the only catch is that you can only order items out of their company catalogue. I was told that there is a huge selection of jewelry, electronics, clothes, furniture, sporting goods, etc.
"Your credit line will be reported as a high limit credit account in good standing to one or more national credit bureaus." $8,500 was the limit.

Needless to say I was pretty excited because I could finally get a nice living room set. So I waited almost three months for this catalogue. Finally I got it today. As I was looking through it I was thinking $200 dollars for a generic tool set is rather expensive. As it turns out everything is over priced by two or three times. They also want a 30% down payment on everything I buy.
"Screw this, what a rip off!" I said to my wife.

Naturally she agreed. Little the real rip off is when you call to cancel it and get your money back. I figured since they never gave me a service that getting refunded should not be a problem. They claim to have a no refund policy and you have to write a letter to cancel your card, member benifets package, and cash on demand card. I had no clue I had the other two things. Now I am having trouble cancelling it and they are telling me they are charging me an additional 99 dollars for the benefits package! Now I dont know what to do. I want to call the police because there is no way this is legal!
