Boyajian has been harassing me for well over a year now. They have no case as I have copies of my and my husband's credit reports for the past few years that show our having no debt being owed to the company they claim in the amount that they they are trying to extort from us.
Last week I received a letter from a Dallas law firm that we may be eligible for "Possible claims for improper consumer debt collection". This is after we filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General's Office.
Has anyone heard of or had experience with such a lawsuit? Should I pursue this?
