On October 14, I processed a loan through the Sprinfield Lending Group. The loan was for $15,000, however, I was supposed to pay $1800 through Western Union to send money to a Kenneth Miller in Calgary, Canada supposedly for insurance purposes. I paid an additional charge of $119 to send the money. I did not recieve the loan and found out on Monday Oct. 17 that Rosalye Fagen rosalye. [email protected] x803 was suspended without pay because she messed up other loans. I have been dealing with a Brenda Langford brenda. [email protected] x804. She told me that I was supposed to pay $2700 for the insurance but to compensate on Rosayle's mistake I would just have to pay an addititional $500 to process the loan for the lender to accept the insurance.
I declined the loan and Brenda told me that there is a 6-8 week process in getting my money back. I wanted to get something in writing so I sent over 3 e-mail requests without a written response. I have called numerous times and left messages with the following phone #'s 1-877-882-8516 and 800-524-2690. I finally got someone at Brenda's extension 804 and spoke to a Denise and she sounds exactly like Brenda.
I checked the BBB and found out that this company was in business for three years and without any complaints, however, they are not a member. So far, I am really comncerned that this company is not legit and I need my $1919.00 back. I am also concerned that this is a fraudulant company that is a canadian fraud. Please help!!! Other extensions that I have noticed are the following because I have called and left messages. X801 - Francis Nolan x802 - Claudia Bower x803 - Rosalye Fagan x804 - Brenda Langford - x1 Steve Adams, x3 William Kennedy. When I finally spoke to someone, I would inquire to talk to a superviser and they would tell me that they were not available and fight with me. The website that these guys were on was sflgroup.com. I need this money back to pay bills and upcoming expenses that are important to me and family.
