This company will overcharge as many times as they can and they repeatedly lie about hings that are and are not in their policies.
I requested another debit card thursday (10/28/05) because my card had been lost (or stolen) and it was mailed out on Monday 10/31/05).
The customer Service agent advised me that it would be another 7-10 business days (they're favorite term) after it wass mailed out.
I noticed that they also do not print any pertinent information on their website such as CEO, Administrative offices or board of directors.
Hmmm? Kind of makes you think that they have something to hide! I will continue to dig until I find out who owns this company and I will make iot public information on this site.
