Melvin Carter caused some customers to lose the house of their dreams because he didn't feel like doing his job. He did not return one single phone call in a month's time of calling him everyday. He said he would fax something to me and didn't do it. Because of his carelessness and complete abandon of his responsibilities his clients lost their dream house.
Melvin's boss, Steve, is also not worth a darn. He seemed completely uncaring that his company was completely dropping the ball. Not only did he also lie to me when I was desperately following up so that these customers could buy their house, but he didn't seem to care.
