Thank Goodness for consumer complaints because I almost became an employee of IPA

I was excited to have such a fast response to a resume I sent to IPA. After researching the company (using the company's website, of course) I was prepared for my phone interview. The interviewer agreed with basically everything I had to say, was enthusiastic, and wanted me to call him the next morning to finalize their offer.

Thankfully, I had the sense to Google them, including the word complaint. I found out about a Sexual Harrassment lawsuit against them, the fact that they are being investigated by the Attorney General of Illinois, and consumer complaints. To top it off, Inc. Magazine reported the founder was asked to resign his former company for bringing a prostitute to work!

Thanks to consumer complaints, I read about the horrible things IPA employees do to small business owners. I could never be a part of that company. I feel blessed to have avoided this company and hope small business owners spread the word.
