I joined this company on the 20st of July. I made a payment of 79.95.
I haven't been with them even for a whole month and on the 16th of August, they try to collect 73.00 out of my checking account. This is when I really made up my mind to cancelled with this company because I did not make a dime anyway.
I cancelled on the 20th of August and requested my money back. This company claimed that I would make money. And made promises that I would make money. And I have not. This is why I cancelled as well.
From there on, it has been a nightmare. This company has been trying to go into my checking account for more money. And this is after I cancelled. Yes this company is a fraud and a scam.
They tried to get money out of my account on these days.
8/16/05: $73.00
8/29/05: $146.00
9/14/05: $154.00
9/26/05: $162.00
10/06/05: $170.00
10/24/05: $178.00
And they continue to still try to take money out of my account. No, the money is not there in my account because I owe them nothing. And they owe me a refund.
Everytime they tried to go into my account, I am being charged bank fees.
I have called them 3 times and each time, they tell me that my account have been cancelled with them (GoldRush USA).
However, they are still trying to collect money from me through my bank account.
And I am still fighting to get my money back due to their so called claims. Read this quote taken from the first page on their website:

What a lie. And making Illegal Claims like this?
Do not involve yourself with this company/pymamid scheme.
I am still in a nightmare with this company. And they are still trying to get into my bank account.
