Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

Received mortgage payoff letter dated February 28 giving payoff amount good until March 16.

Sent via certified mail certified funds to pay off morgage, attaching copy of payoff letter.

Received letter dated March 14 stating that the amount received was "SHORT" to pay off the mortgage and they wanted additional monies.
