I am also experiencing problems with this company. They are trying to fore-close now while another company is trying to refinance me. After sending a pay-off notice to the new company, they filed foreclosure quickly so they could also demand more monies (and they refused the payoff sent by my new mortgage company). They appear to be trying to thwart my re-finance efforts.
I very much want to complain to a government entity (I hope that'll do some good) or join a class action law suit. All the problems others had with them (unreasonably raising the monthly bill and unreasonable late charges) have occurred to me.
