I was mislead to believe that they are a credit card company. When trying to reach them I received no help at all. To cancel out I was told to print out a form and fax it over to them with in 72 hours but I will still be expected to pay a cancellation fee. I really don't feel as that it is fair to have to do so. We were mislead.
