Ripoff these lowdown scums told me i could build a home business after giving my credit card info. A couple of days later i went online and found info on them on the bad business bureau and would like to get my $1931 back!

I got a call from a Fred Halbert who talk a good game and convinced me that I could make money selling GPS traacking systems. I gave him my credit card info. And he sent me a start-up kit.

After reading their material I called up horizon tech. And told them I didn't want to participate in the program. Fred ask me not to do any thing just yet. I am in the process of sending back all of their kit, when I went online to check out their company and found the Usa Consumer Complaints.com report.

I am afraid I will not get my $1931 back!
