I joined the Center for Credit Counseling to help consolidate my 3 credit cards and begin paying one payment and they offered to lower my APR. Well that was the beginning of all the headaches. Since day one, I have had a problem with this company. Me creditors call stating they have not received a payment from The Center in 4 months and have dropped them and their proposal. So where is all my $ going? Then when you try to get ahold of a customer service agent&forget about it. I have written 4 emails and called over 15 times-no one has returned my messages. This is the biggest scam company!!!
