REFERRALWARE recommended this plan strongly. With the promise to be making a modest 200-300 income at the end of my first month with a simple upgrade strategy. Each day I recieved new emails from this company with the promise that my downline was growing.initially I joined free and so the emails made me aware I was losing out on income since I had not yet upgraded.
In one day I witnessed what appeared to be others upgrading so I was excited to be making an income so quickly, just by upgrading!

I received over a hundred emails saying this person had just upgraded and to hurry and do so myself so I would not miss out on the up line position. After I saw with my own eyes 4 people upgrade in like a day, I had enough! I wanted in! So I climbed on board and offered up my $125.00 and waited for my first check.

I was only days away from my first check and at the rate people were signing on, I was due for at least a 6-700 check by my calculations using there payment structure. I had by their calculations about 12 people already in my downline.

The first of the month came and went and, no check ever came.

A week after the first of the month, I called the company to find out where my money was.

My first response from Bianco was that he did not have time for me. But he would be happy to call me back when he got back from vacation.

What?

I was eventually told that, in order to get access to the spillover I would have to recruit 2 personal reps. But even then, and even with the hundreds of emails and hundreds of promises of downline placement I had received there would be no guarantee of placement.

Ok, fair enough.

I decided to take advantage of my 10-day cancellation policy.

I had ordered products from this company.

I took 4 weeks for it to arrive. It was sent out by the company at the lowest possible mail rate possible. Meanwhile I was being told by Health First Technologies to send the product back for a prompt refund.

So when the product arrived, rather than opening and having to repackage the product, I simply refused the product and sent it back to await my refund.

4 weeks later the company was asking me for a confirmation code so they could track the package. HFT was insisting they did not have the package and there fore could not issue a credit.

I explained to then that I refused the package as soon as I had recieved it, and it was shipped back to them exactly as they had shipped it and their response was:

Due to the fact that you refused our package, we will issue no refund as outlined in our policy.

That is when I decided to file this report. I will keep filing reports where ever possible.

I called the BBB in Carson City, and their response was this:

This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
They have resolved NONE of the complaints filed against them and have had 3 filed. All complaints have been closed with no response. The complaints were in December and where about Product Quality and Credit or Billing Issues.

This is the most deceptive company I have ever done business with. They have cheated me, but it will not end here. That is my personal guarantee.
