Rip-off

I too recieved a pre-approval certificate for a gold card with a $15,000 credit limit. I sent off the check and have heard nothing since. I decided to check them out on the web to see if I could contact them, something I should have done first. There web page is useless. It offers only the address where I sent the check. I still have not received the card and from the looks of it never will. Looks like i've been scammed.
