Oxford Financial - Summit State Bank
Ripoff Credit Card Scam

I was offered a MasterCard with the limit of $2000.00 from Oxford Financial over the phone. I accepted and a $249.00 payment was deducted from my account on June 6.

2 months later, I have not received my card and everytime I call, I get an answer machine. I researched the web and have found other claims identical to mine. I have called my bank and filed a report.

The back of my withdrawal check that the bank sends me in my report each month has the Summit State Bank of Santa Rosa, CA stamped on it.

I have called them but yet have not been able to speak with someone who can address this situation.
