I was led to believe that i was purchasing a visa/mastercard through 1st summit bank for $169.90, i was given a call back number and even a web site to goto for questions and answers but when i received nothing in the mail i called the number and all ive gotten is an answering machine.
After calling repeatedly i have received no calls back in response. After 3 weeks i contacted 1st summit bank through the web site and by phone and i was told that they have recieved several e-mails and phone call complaints about the visa/mastercard purchase.
I was then told that 1st summit bank has no affiliation with the purchasing of a visa/mastercard. I then went to my bank and explained what happened, i was told "because i gave out my account number, that there is no case of fraud and my bank refuses to help me.
