Texas Ripoff, Bank acknowledged mistake, won't correct it, lost a lot, owe a lot of money and lost Secured MasterCard

I am a retired veteran on a limited fixed income. I really need my money!!! I opened up a checking account at this branch. Within a few months, I initiated a charge back when I used my checkcard. Fine and dandy, I proved it was a fraudulent charge and Wells Fargo told me their investigation showed that I was right and I got my money back.

Then I opened a $1000 secured credit card. 3 months later I got a letter from Wells Fargo saying I was overdrawn for more than $2000. When I called up the bank, I found out some yahoo in Wells Fargo office found some paperwork in somebody's desk and decided it was unfinished business and took $2000 from my checking account and gave it back to the merchants I had previously won a chargeback on my checkcard. This caused me to have a minimal balance and when my checks came in they bounced higher than the moon.

After talking to numerous bank officers, including Bank Manager Jaclyn, Bank officer Derek Martinez, Bank Officer Jane and Vivian among others, numerous phone calls, personal visits and faxes, they acknowledged there was a mistake in removing the $2000 from my account but they said they could not reverse the mistake arbitrarily nor "forgive" the bounce fees nor give back my unused balance on my secured credit card until some other jackass from "headquarters" gave the go-signal to give my money back inspite of their mistake. While I was still in back and forth communication with the branch manager and headquarters jackasses, they took all the negative balance (bounced fees) from my checking account, applied it to my $1400 secured credit card, and I was negative balance in my checking account, not only maxed my secured credit card, but caused it to be over limit! Of course, they had to tack in their overlimit fees, NSF fees, late fees, etc. Did they really think I will throw in good money after they already stole from me?

So now, I have a HUGE negative balance on that particular checking account, lost all my deposits on my checking account, no money, lost my secured credit card within ONE month after I opened it, owe on the credit card with over limit fees, have other creditors that will not accept any other payment from me except money orders because my Wells Fargo Checkcard purchase from them bounced, have a nasty report on my credit history, a cancelled Secured Credit Card, AND WELLS FARGO STILL HAS NOT GIVEN ME BACK ANY OF MY MONEY AND NOBODY WANTS TO TALK TO ME!!! Please, somebody HELP!!
